Leo continues to be well. His chest tube was removed this morning and he was a brave little trooper. No pain meds were needed as he thought several drops of sucrose were good enough to deal with the discomfort. Except for the PICC line which will come out soon, he is now one unfettered kiddo.

The doctors are now indicating that Leo may be released as soon as tomorrow. That would be great news indeed!

Since Leo is on the road to recovery, it seems the need to post on a daily basis is no longer necessary. Both of our grandmothers are heading back to Iowa (Lisa leaves today and Julie tomorrow). We will be sad to leave, but are grateful we can do so on such a high note.
