The Almighty Cup

I'm very excited to be apart of The Almighty Cup Show in Fabius, NY at the Gandee Gallery. Three of my cups were selected for the show. They had over 300 cup entires submitted and selected only 90!  Looking forward to seeing the other cups in the show.

The Shaped Clay Society, a student run clay club at Syracuse University, and the Gandee Gallery will begin to take entries from artists currently residing in the US for the The Almighty Cup on May 15.  Click the link to the entry formto enter up to 5 cups.   Also, be sure to check out the Shaped Clay Society’s Facebook page.

Entries: $25 for up to 5 entries. Cups must be made primarily of clay, but the idea of cup may be interpreted freely. Work may not exceed 12 inches in any direction and should not weigh more than 20 lbs. All exhibited work must be for sale. Selected pieces must be available for the duration of the exhibition. Substitutions for accepted work will not be allowed.

Juror: Jeremy Randall
Jeremy Randall received his B.F.A. from Syracuse University and his M.F.A. in ceramics from the University of Florida, and has been making his hand built pottery professionally since 2005. He currently lives in Tully, New York. Jeremy has been involved in numerous national and international shows, is represented by Red Lodge Clay Center in Red lodge MT, Society of Arts and Crafts in Boston, The Clay Studio in Philadelphia, and the DeCordova Sculpture Park in Lincoln MA, among others.

Gandee Gallery reserves the right to photograph all works displayed in the exhibition. These images may be used for documentation, sales, promotion and publicity.
